4U is a platform for real people to connect through authentic product reviews — in video or image. To keep things fun and fair, all content must follow these basic guidelines:
- Keep your content focused on real experiences with real products.
- We welcome different opinions, but no personal attacks. Stay kind.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
- No harassment or threats — towards users or 4U support staff.
- Bullying of any kind will result in suspension or account removal.
- Don’t post false, misleading, or intentionally harmful content.
- We vet all our sellers to ensure the best experience, but you should always read product labels and instructions carefully. For any doubts, reach out to our support team.
Content Guidelines
To maintain quality and trust, please avoid:
- Posting and deleting the same content repeatedly.
- Uploading blank or meaningless screens.
- Replacing required videos with static images.
- Posting non-original content.
- Excessive repetitive content.
- Posting about products not available on 4U.
- Including phone numbers, brand links, or promotions outside 4U.
Moderation
- 4U reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these guidelines.
- Users can report inappropriate content directly in the app.
Sponsorship Policy
- Brands may not pay users (in cash or product) to post content on personal accounts.
- All content must be created organically — either through personal purchases or approved campaigns.
- 4U already rewards you based on views, engagement, and sales from your content.
- Violating this policy may result in account suspension.
Fraud and Misuse
We take fraud seriously. Any of the following will result in permanent account removal:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit the system.
- Abusing 4U credit or referral programs.
Payments and Accounts
- Settle any unpaid balances to avoid restrictions.
- Do not create multiple accounts — all may be removed.
Legal Compliance
- Always follow local, national, and international laws while using 4U.
- Don’t interfere with the app’s systems or networks.
- If you upload videos with music, you must have the proper rights or ensure the music complies with copyright regulations. Users are solely responsible for any copyright violations related to the content they upload.
4U may update these rules at any time. We reserve the right to take immediate action — including suspending accounts or removing campaign access — to protect the integrity and safety of the 4U community.
